Sunday Ideas

This is my first "Sunday Ideas" post, and I will try to do one every Sunday. The purpose of posts like this is to give my impressions on things I don't have. Really, it it just to give you readers out there ideas if you are looking for a new pen/pencil/stationery-related thing : ) . Hope you enjoy!

From Jetpens. . .

Kaweco Liliput Al Fountain Pen- I have been looking at this for awhile, and just can't decide whether or not to buy it. It is really cute and small, and I like cute things! But, there is no capability for converters. Hmm. Try it out and tell me what you think!

Uni-Ball Kuru Toga High Grade Mechanical Pencil- I have the regular Kuru-Togas already-and I am wondering if this would be worth it. Thoughts? It looks really awesome.

J. Herbin Frosted Glass Dip Pen- I have been looking at dip pens for awhile. They seem pretty pricey to me. Thoughts?

Uni-Ball Style Fit Single Color Slim Gel Ink Pen- appeared on Jetpen's Homepage. They look really cute and colorful! Adding them to my wishlist right now!

Finally. . .Pilot Iroshizuku Ink has always been on my wishlist. So many colors! Ahhh.

And...a few CoolPencilCase things. . .

Best Friends For Life Pencil Pouch- So cute and pretty inexpensive! I love cute things. . .

Bowling Eraser Set- If I had this. . .I would never be able to stop playing with it! Mini Bowling! Weeeeeee!

Rilakkuma Charm Mechanical Pencil- I am in love with Rilakkuma. So cute. Dude. So cute.

Finally. . . these Animal Pens are super cute! They were in the category "kids"...but hey! Cuteness takes over.

Hope you all got good ideas from this! I have more suggestions...just ask!

  1. I have been looking at the J. Herbin glass dip pens for quite a while as well. The pens themselves are beautiful, but I've never been sure that I would get enough use out of one to justify buying it. And I'd probably be afraid of dropping and breaking it as well. Maybe one day...

    1. Yeah. Many concerns. I just think it would be easier to review ink, because I wouldn't have to fill different fountain pens with different colors. For now, I am using a paint brush. Haha. I probably would drop it. I'm terrible.

  2. Try a basic dip pen, only a few dollars from jetpens and see how you like dip pens in general. Added bonus is the comic dip pen nibs come in packs so really very cheap.

Save for Iroshizuku as they are all stunning inks but if you want a shimmer, try Sailor Sky high blue or Grenadine (Cheaper too)

  3. Oh and (sorry I seem to always forget somethine.. Age you see....) Uni-Ball Kuru Toga High Grade Mechanical Pencil is awesome IF you like a pointed lead all the time. some people find it scratchy as you never get a smooth surface but I love it. (I hate blunt pencils)

  4. I'm with you on that whole "To get high grade kuru toga... or to not get one." They're a bit on the pricey side *cough, cough* $16.50 and like you, I've had the regular kuru toga before. I really like the regular kuru toga but the high grade just looks so much more professional and cool. As of right now I've decided the high grade might be too slippery for me and I'm thinking about getting the kuru toga with the rubber grip.

    1. I know! I am very curious!

      P.S. I love your name, sparkly-puffball!

    2. Haha, thanks. "sparkly-puffball" is sometimes the screen name or nickname I use because my friend once gave it to me. It might say my name is Tiffany D because I changed my profile to my Google+ name. Either way, I'm still the same person. :)
